At Clark Products, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected — and that’s completely okay.
Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order if you no longer want the product, for any reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we fully honour it.
That said, we kindly ask that you do not return your parcel without first contacting us. Unannounced returns can create issues in processing, especially if we cannot identify who the parcel is from. To help us serve you quickly and accurately, please:

Let us know your order number, the reason for your return, and whether the item is faulty or simply unwanted. We’ll then provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.
If Your Item Is Faulty
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. If you can provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, we’ll be more than happy to offer a replacement free of charge or arrange a refund, depending on the situation.
If You’ve Changed Your Mind
If you’ve simply changed your mind, no problem at all. As long as the item is:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
—we’ll be happy to issue a full refund once we receive and inspect the item.
Important Notes on Returns
We do not accept returns of items that have been opened or used, due to hygiene and resale restrictions, especially for personal care, tissue, or sanitary-related products.
Returned items must be in resalable condition, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or rejected, as we may be unable to identify the sender.
The cost of return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.
